The Hammers are looking to add a goalkeeper to improve their squad in that position in the January transfer window.
According to Spanish outlet Sport, West Ham are seriously interested in Neto, as they believe the Brazilian can compete for the no.1 shirt.
The 32-year-old is not a long-term solution for manager Moyes, but he believes a cut price deal would be a great way to add experience and quality in that department.
