Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has sought to rally supporters ahead of their clash with Manchester City.
City broke their 18-year hoodoo at Anfield with a 4-1 win last February inside an empty stadium.
But Klopp believes Liverpool can feed off a white-hot atmosphere to strike an early blow in the Premier League title race.
"There is a massive difference at Anfield with or without fans, so let's set a new level with them," said Klopp.
"The fans have been exceptional since they've been back — I have loved each second. Everybody in the stadium knows it only really makes sense when we do it all together.
"Let's give it a proper try, all together, and be as powerful a unit as we can."
