Newcastle United are eyeing Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
Tuttosport says Juventus now want to get the 30-year-old off their wage bill as they eye other targets but finding a suitor could prove difficult due to his salary.
Newcastle though are "not scared" of pursuing Ramsey, whose gross salary is €14m.
The player himself is open to leaving the Serie A club with a Premier League return on his radar.
Arsenal have previously been linked with a move for Ramsey, but they are well stocked in midfield and could struggle to finance any deal.
