Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Legislative Assembly will soon decide on the status of the Sindumin seat after it received two letters pertaining to the seat, including one from its Assemblyman Datuk Dr Yusof Yacob.
Speaker Datuk Kadzim M. Yahya said he received a letter from Dr Yusof on Oct 11, this year to withdraw his statutory declaration of loyalty to Parti Warisan Sabah (Warisan) as well as to revoke the declaration to quit as Sindumin Assemblyman.
