Football Insider says the Reds are keeping tabs on Phillips along with two other Leeds players.
The report states that forward Raphinha and goalkeeper Illan Meslier are also being tracked by Liverpool.
It has been claimed that Phillips has been on Liverpool's radar for quite some time, as has Raphinha, and could make in the coming months.
Meslier has also caught the eye of Liverpool scouts, the report states, and have been impressed with what they saw from the stopper Leeds signed from Lorient in 2019.
