Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed Robin Koch is facing an operation.
Bielsa says Koch is set to undergo a small "procedure" to resolve his injury.
"Koch is in the United States, where he is going to undergo a simple procedure to resolve his problem in the pubis," said Bielsa.
"Luke Ayling is at the halfway stage of his process if recovery.
"Adam Forshaw is available again and Crysencio Summerville also."
