That is according to the CIES Football Observatory, who have put together valuations of the various players in the top teams around the major European leagues.
Manchester United and Manchester City have the most valuable squads, per the source, with their teams worth more than £1.2 billion.
Chelsea, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Borussia Dortmund, and Atletico Madrid make up the rest of the top ten.
Spurs are 13th on the list, while Arsenal are in 14th, with a value difference of less than five million between the two clubs.
