Anderlecht coach Vincent Kompany insists he hasn't spoken to Manchester City ahead of their Champions League clash with Club Brugge.
As a former captain of the English champion and friend of manager Pep Guardiola, it was suggested he'd be helping City ahead of their match at Brugge.
"What am I going to tell Pep Guardiola or Kevin De Bruyne about Club Brugge?" he responded in Het Nieuwsblad.
"I'm pretty sure that those men will do their homework very well themselves.
"They're just going to do what they've been doing for a whole year: perform. I'm mainly working on our next game."
