Watford boss Xisco Munoz admits they must improve after defeat at Leeds.

Xisco was disappointed with his side's performance, with Diego Llorente's first half tap-in separating both teams at the final whistle at Elland Road.

“I think before the game we knew the intensity of Leeds, but they had more than us," Muñoz said.

“They won the duels, they were more aggressive than us and they wanted to win the game more than us. We continue to work very hard, but it's important that everyone knows it's important for every point in the Premier League. We have given away a few goals on set-pieces so we will work on that too.

“We know before the game, in our numbers, that Leeds is the number one with intensity and velocity.

“I'm disappointed with our first half because we knew our plan for the game. We can only say to keep working every day. All the points this season are important. You need a very good performance and consistent performance, or you won't take the points."
