Former Crystal Palace and Swansea City winger Wayne Routledge has announced his retirement.

At the age of 36, Routledge has confirmed he's hanging up the boots.

This summer, Routledge's contract expired in Swansea, and he announced on Monday that he will end his playing career.

He also played for Tottenham, Aston Villa, Cardiff, Portsmouth, Fulham, Newcastle and QPR, while in his time he also won 11 U21 international caps for England.
