Chelsea management are set to pass on signing permanently Saul Niguez.
That's according to La Razon, where it's claimed Chelsea have already made a call on Saul's future.
The midfielder is on a season-long loan at Chelsea from Atletico Madrid with a permanent option included.
Saul has managed three appearances so far, but the Blues have already made a decision about his future.
