After the 2-2 draw, Arteta made clear his upset after Saka was forced off at halftime following a heavy challenge made by James McArthur.
Arteta insists the Scot should've been sent off and was baffled why VAR wasn't considered after the tackle which left Saka needing to be taken off at the break.
