Chelsea defender Toni Rudiger is demanding €12m-a-year to sign a new contract.
Cadena SER says clubs across Europe have been informed the German's personal demands by intermediaries.
Italian transfer expert Gianni di Marzio revealed: "Rüdiger is talking to Juventus, Man City, Tottenham and even PSG who still need a defender.
"It's difficult for him to sign a new contract. He will join one of the four named teams."
Indeed, it's suggested Chelsea have already informed Rudiger they won't up their last offer - which falls well short of what his camp are seeking.
