Norwich City defender Ozan Kabak has admitted regret over his time at Liverpool.

Kabak has admitted he would like to play under Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp again in the future.

The Turkish defender, 21, spent the second half of last season on loan at Anfield from Schalke but failed to earn a permanent contract.

Kabak admitted: “It was harder to settle in at Liverpool. In the winter the club was suffering from poor results – there were Champions League games and a lot of Premier League rivals too.

"Now I've got more time to settle in [at Norwich] and I know some guys from Germany here. The coaching staff have also helped me settle in."

Discussing Klopp, Kabak added to talkSPORT: "I enjoyed working with him and I feel very proud to know him. He's very special, he's a very good man-manager.

"Hopefully our ways cross in the future."
