Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel says he's a fan of Southampton counterpart Ralph Hasenhuttl.
Tuchel says Hasenhuttl is a nice guy but it "does not count for 90 minutes" when Chelsea meet Southampton on Saturday.
"We meet each other regularly as we played against each other in the Bundesliga and now here, and we meet at the coaches meetings," said Tuchel.
"It has been a lot over the years and he is very friendly. He is a very nice guy who is humble and also very funny. The teams he trains always have the same philosophy, with high intensity and aggression. It's about ball recoveries at a very high level.
"They have a very fast team and had good results against both Manchester teams. He is a nice guy but that does not count for 90 minutes."
