Real Madrid striker Andri Gudjohnsen is pushing for a senior call.
A regular with Raul's Castilla team, the Iceland international has kicked off the season for club and country.
Known as Gudi, the 19 year-old scored his first goal for his country in their win against Lichtenstein. The previous weekend, he won a penalty and scored for Castilla in their 2-2 draw against Atlético Baleares.
Gudi is the son of former Barcelona striker Eidur Gudjohnsen, though plays more as a centre-forward than his father.
Real coach Carlo Ancelotti has been impressed and AS says the Italian is considering a first team promotion.
Gudi's younger brother Daniel, 15, is also on Real's books.
