Italy coach Roberto Mancini admits he's missing club football.

The former Inter Milan coach led Italy to Euro 2020 glory this past summer.

“Coaching a club? I miss everyday life a little," Mancini admitted on Bobo TV. “When you play a lot with the national team, as in recent months, you miss it less.

"But when five months have to pass to get back on the pitch, it's more difficult, like November to March is long, or March to June.

“After the European Championship, it seems like the UEFA Nations League doesn't count, but they should have played months ago.

“The best four in Europe got there."

On this season's Serie A, Mancini continued: “It's a fun and competitive championship.

“There will be seven or eight teams that will fight for the top, including Juventus.

“In my opinion, they will get back up. I think it can be fun, there's no absolute favourite. Napoli are doing well, as are Milan.

“But there are many strong teams behind them. The teams try to play well, and this is important."
