He left rip a very impressive shot with his right foot, with the ball hitting the right-hand post and going into the net past the helpless Cambridge goalkeeper.
According to the Manchester Evening News, Galbraith put in an assured display in the game.
He managed to complete 94 passes, the most in the game, and had two key passes, one accurate cross, and completed 12 out of 17 attempted long balls.
The game on Tuesday between Doncaster and Cambridge finished 1-1.
