Manchester United great Roy Keane says Jadon Sancho deserves some breathing space.
Sancho won his 23rd cap for England against Andorra for their 5-0 win and Keane has offered the United player some advice as he strives to eventually come good at Old Trafford and beyond.
Speaking to ITV pre-match, the pundit and former United captain said: "It's certainly been a slow start for him, it's well and good doing well at Dortmund, but it's a different animal going to Man United, big expectations.
"Maybe overshadowed slightly with Ronaldo coming in, but I'd always give the kid a chance, he's been there a few months, nice opportunity for him [against Andorra], but give him a chance."
Sancho progressed through the Watford academy and spent two years at Manchester City before embarking on a German adventure between 2017 and 2021.
