Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta hopes Kieran Tierney and Martin Odegaard will both be fit for Saturday's clash with Leicester City.
The pair were absent for Tuesday's Carabao Cup win over Leeds United.
However, Arteta is hopeful the duo will be available to face the Foxes at the King Power.
"They were both out with two different injuries," Arteta explained.
"They tried yesterday but they didn't feel great, they wanted to be involved but they didn't feel good enough to be selected today and hopefully in the next few days they can feel better and be available for Leicester."
