Antonio Rudiger is stunned that Chelsea teammate Edouard Mendy was not nominated for the Ballon D'Or.
The Senegalese goalkeeper was not included the 30-man shortlist.
Speaking after Mendy's excellent performance against Brentford, Rudiger said: "Someone explain why he's not nominated for the Ballon d'Or.
"What a performance... EDOUARD MENDY."
Blues stars Mason Mount, Jorginho, Cesar Azpilicueta and N'Golo Kante were all included in the 30-man list.
