Reading midfielder John Swift is attracting Premier League interest.
The early season form of Swift has reportedly alerted several Premier League sides including Leeds United and Newcastle, says the Sheffield Star.
The 26-year-old has scored eight goals and provided six assists in just 14 appearances, in what has been an electric start to the new campaign by the former Chelsea man.
Swift is out of contract at the Madejski Stadium in the summer and could be available for a cut-price fee in January if talks on a new deal do not progress.
Leeds have been keen on recruiting a new midfielder for over 12 months but are yet to add to their ranks in the engine room since promotion last year.
