Tottenham left-back Sergio Reguilon admits he suffered in training during the past week.

Reports have suggested that Spurs boss Antonio Conte has worked the players very hard, as he is displeased with their fitness and work ethic.

Reguilon, who scored the winner in a 2-1 success over Leeds United on Sunday, admitted he experienced a tough time in training under Conte.

"We are working a lot," Reguilon told Sky Sports.

"The last weeks, the international break, was one of the worst weeks of my life.

"But we can put in practice the training on the pitch during the games, and let's see today."

He added on Conte: "He's a fanatic of football. He always speaks about football.

"In training, after training, before training. I go to sleep and I'm thinking about football and my tactics, my position.

"We have been working a lot and let's have a look [at what happens]."
