Sebastien Pocognoli has been back with Brighton this past week.

The Argus says he has been back at the club to exchange coaching ideas.

The Belgian spent three days at Lancing with counterparts including Bruno and Andrew Crofts.

Pocognoli, best remembered by Seagulls fans for a brilliant free-kick at QPR, is coach of the under-21s at Tony Bloom's club Union St-Gilloise.
