Olympique Marseille are convinced they can sign permanently on-loan Arsenal defender William Saliba.
That's according to Turkish transfer expert, Ekrem Konur.
Konur told Le Phoceen: "Negotiations should start very quickly between Arsenal and Marseille.
"On what basis? Difficult to say, because Edu Gaspar, the technical director of the Gunners, does not let information filter. But I think a sum of around 25 million euros could constitute a basis for discussions.
"The possibility of a new loan should not be ruled out either, this time with a definitive purchase option in the deal."
