John Stones is a big fan of Manchester City teammate Cole Palmer.
The 19-year-old made his first Premier League start in the 3-0 win over Everton on Saturday.
"Incredible. I am a big fan of Cole," Stones told the City website.
"His work rate and how he has trained with us since he first came in, his attitude, he deserves it. I thought he did so well.
"It is not easy playing in these games where there is not much space."
