Afterwards, AC said: "Today was a bit of a forgotten book. We were not very good. Especially not in the first half. In the second half we found a little better space, so there is more sharpness missing in the last pass. So there was a little missing today, but we are incredibly proud of what we have done.
"There was not so much motivation, although that is a bad excuse. They had more to play for than we had, and you could see that today, which should not be possible. Before the match, we said to each other: 'Now show who we are', also to the 3000 Danish fans who came down here, for which we are incredibly grateful."
