Kota Kinabalu: The State Government has been urged to focus on basic infrastructure before talking about smart cities.
Making the call, Sabah Pakatan Harapan (PH) Youth Chief Phoong Jin Zhe said the State Government must first address the basic infrastructure, public transportation and drainage system that are lagging behind.
