The agent of Newcastle United winger Jacob Murphy has cooled talk of a move to CSKA Moscow in January.
Russian media reports have stated CSKA are in contact for Murphy with the aim of taking him to Russia over the New Year.
Quizzed about the claims, Murphy's agent Marcus Campbell, told Sport-Express: "It's fake.
"He just signed a five-year deal with Newcastle, so he's not going anywhere."
So far this season, Murphy has played nine games, scoring once and producing one assist.
