AC Milan are giving up on securing Franck Kessie to a new contract.
The all action central midfielder has refused to sign with the club, despite being a key member of their first team at present.
The 24-year-old is out of contract in the summer, and is likely to have interest from top teams around Europe.
Kessie has been linked to the likes of Manchester United and Barcelona in recent weeks.
