Chelsea great Frank Lampard admits he's learned to appreciate Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo more than Lionel Messi.

Lampard feels Ronaldo is a better big match performer than the PSG star.

“I've always been a fan of Messi," Lampard said. "But now I would prefer Ronaldo, given the performances of Cristiano and his goals in big games."

This season, 36-year-old Ronaldo has scored 10 goals and provided two assists in 16 games.

The 34-year-old Messi has four goals and four assists in 11 meetings.
