SANDAKAN: Elopura Assemblyman Calvin Chong is urging the State Government to request a bigger budget allocation from the Federal Government to fund more development projects and lift Sabah out of poverty.
He said despite the increment in allocation to RM5.2 billion for basic amenities, infrastructure, water and electricity as well as healthcare development for Sabah, it still does not ensure that it would be sufficient to fund the State’s development projects.
