Former Leeds United midfielder Eirik Bakke will step down as Sogndal coach at the end of the season and Flo admits he's keen on replacing him.
"I have talked to Sogndal. There's a little process there. Then we'll see. They talk to me, and then they probably have some other candidates as well," he told VG.
"At least I think I have the references in order. I know what the level is at the best.
"When it's not good enough and when you have to do things better. There I think I have good references from the environment I work in."
