The single is a collaboration with Australian singer, Kimberley Chen. However, China banned both singers' Weibo accounts as it took jabs at Chinese president, Xi Jinping.

Plus, the single touched on sensitive topics such as CoVID-19, censorship, cancel culture and the Uighurs.

Officials from China have also removed the song.

Nevertheless, the song went on to be played over 10 million times in just a week. Views kept coming in from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia particularly.

On Facebook, Namewee revealed that he released 99 NFTs of Fragile on the platform OpenSea. All minted units were sold out in three hours.

He also revealed that he also produced a song dedicated specifically to NFTs called Go NFT. He deleted all the related original musical documents to ensure the uniqueness of the virtual items.
