The future of Brighton striker Florin Andone at Cadiz is in doubt.
The Argus says Cadiz want to cut short his loan deal after he failed to make an impact in LaLiga Santander.
They have already started looking for a new striker to bring in during the January window.
But that could depend on them being able to return Andone.
The Romania international signed in August on a season-long loan potentially leading to a more permanent deal.
But he is out of the first team picture and did not even travel when Cadiz picked up an impressive 1-0 win at Athletic Bilbao last Friday night.
It is not known what Albion's thoughts would be on taking him back early.
