Manchester City attacker Kevin de Bruyne says there's a difference between his club and PSG.
Both clubs are state-owned, but De Bruyne says there's key differences between how the two work.
He told L'Equipe: "The recruiting unit looks for the best players, but also learns about your personal life, about the way you behave with others.
"They know how to create a squad. It's a little different from what is done at PSG, for example, if we want to take a case in your country. It's another philosophy. Be careful, that does not mean that they will do less well than us! But it is different.
"I think we are lucky to evolve within this City."
