Inter Milan great Beppe Bergomi says it's crucial they secure Marcelo Brozovic to a new contract.
The midfielder comes off contract in June.
“Brozovic is irreplaceable for Inzaghi, there isn't another player who can do the same he does," Bergomi told Tuttosport.
“How many midfielders are similar to Brozovic in Europe? The club must give him the right motivation, he's been here for a long time.
“It's not about the money, he is in a big club and he can become a Bandiera, it's not always about the money," the former defender added.
“Sometimes, you have to feel the shirt and identify yourself with a prestigious club such as Inter. That's what Brozovic needs to understand."
