AC Milan defender Simon Kjaer admits they made too many errors in defeat to Fiorentina.
The Viola edged a seven goal thriller 4-3 on Saturday.
"Football is a game of errors," Kjaer told Sky Italia.
“Tonight we conceded four, the first time this season, and obviously that hurts for a centre-back like me.
“We need to learn from this, work hard and use it as fuel. We have another big game coming up and we must keep going forward."
He added: “Of course the coach was severe. All the things he said were important, things we need to learn from. We conceded four goals this evening and obviously have to improve. We also had the chances to score five or six, but conceding four is too much."
