Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp believes Ralf Rangnick will be a good appointment by Manchester United.
The Lokomotiv Moscow technical director is being linked with the caretaker's job at United.
Klopp said: "I know him - but usually we don't talk about things that are not confirmed yet.
"If you tell me that will happen, I might believe you. Yeah... another good is coming to England, so that's how it is.
"He's a really experienced manager and built, famously, two clubs from nowhere into proper threats in Germany. He's done a lot of different jobs but his first concern was always being a coach, actually.
"He's very well regarded in Germany - and rightly so."
