Belgian great Gert Verheyen believes Club Brugge midfielder Charles De Ketelaere would make it at Manchester City.
The youngster is being linked with a Premier League move.
After this week's Champions League clash, Verheyen told Het Nieuwsblad: "De Ketelaere showed something extra again. He even got appreciation from the English public for the way he handles the ball.
"I go even further. When I see how that City youngerster (Cole) Palmer comes in, even in the first leg, De Ketelaere can do that too.
"He can compete at this level," continues the analyst. "He's not (Jack) Grealish, (Phil) Foden or (Riyad) Mahrez. Of course not. But a Palmer. He would have his place in that core."
