Jason Tindall is being backed for a big impact Newcastle United.
The former Bournemouth boss has joined Eddie Howe as his assistant manager again at Newcastle.
David Webb, a former Bournemouth head of recruitment, believes Tindall is 'integral to what Ed does'.
"They are completely different characters but they complement each other very well," Webb told ChronicleLive.
"JT is Ed's confidant. Even though they have the titles of manager and assistant manager, they work more in unison and take decisions together.
"They disagree on a lot of stuff, but the balance between them is really good and they work really well with each other. They're both very good at man management in terms of dealing with the players."
