Liverpool youngster Harvey Elliott says he is getting closer to a return to first team training.
The 18-year-old midfielder suffered a dislocated and fractured ankle in a Premier League game against Leeds United in September.
Elliott is expected to return for the Reds before this season concludes, as he is already doing strength work and walking without the aid of a protective boot.
The youngster recently posted photographs on his social media profiles, showcasing him working in the gym on his rehabilitation.
Reds' fans will be delighted to see Elliott training, and the youngster captioned the photos by saying he is "another day closer" to his return to action.
