2 Tasty Boneless Fried Chicken Recipe

Fried chicken? Many of you will have Kentucky Fried Chicken or McDonald’s on your mind. Do you love fried chicken? 

Well, the 2 recipes that I am going to share here are simple and yet very tasty. They are Fried Chicken Tikka and Chicken 65. You can either eat it by itself or you can accompany it with a meal. The ingredients for these 2 recipes are easily available in your kitchen.

Recipe No 1 – Fried Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

400 grams fillet chicken (cut each fillet into 4 pieces)

1  teaspoon salt

1  teaspoon chilli powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

½   teaspoon cumin powder

½  teaspoon garam masala

1  teaspoon ginger & 1 teaspoon garlic paste

½  teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon yogurt (optional)

1 tablespoon flour

1 tablespoon corn flour

A pinch of orange & red colour powder (2 drops if its liquid) 

1 ½ cups of oil

Method

1. Take a bowl and start by putting the chicken pieces. Then add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala. Add the ginger & garlic paste.

2. Add lemon juice and yogurt. Mix all the above ingredients, and finally add corn flour, flour and a pinch of orange & red colour.   

3. Marinate it for at least 2 hours. You may also marinate it overnight for better flavour. 

4. Take a wok and heat up 1 ½ cups of oil. Once the oil is hot, put in 10 to 12 pieces of chicken to fry. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes on a medium flame until the chicken is well done.   

5. Take the fried chicken out on a few sheets of serviette paper. This will help to absorb all the unwanted oil. Done. Serve the chicken while it’s still hot. Enjoy your Fried Chicken Tikka!!

Recipe No 2 – Chicken 65

Ingredients

½ teaspoon black pepper powder

1  teaspoon ginger & garlic paste

20 curry leaves (chopped finely)

2 tablespoon flour

1 tablespoon corn flour

A pinch of orange & red colour

1 ½ cups of oil

Method

1. Take a bowl and start by putting the chicken pieces. Then add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder and black pepper. Add the ginger & garlic paste.

2. Mix all the above ingredients well, add chopped curry leaves and finally add flour, corn flour and a pinch of orange & red colour.    

3. Marinate it for at least 2 hours.  

4. Take a wok and heat up 1 ½ cups of oil.  Once the oil is hot, put in 10 to 12 pieces of chicken to fry. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes on a medium flame until the chicken is well done.   

5. Take the fried chicken out on a few sheets of serviette paper. This will help to absorb all the unwanted oil. Your Chicken 65 is done. Serve the chicken while it’s still hot. Enjoy Your Chicken 65!!

The above 2 chicken recipes are very delicious. Besides serving it with your meal, you can also serve it as a snack or finger food when you have a party. It will definitely be a hit!
