Bayern Munich twice rejected the chance to sign Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah earlier in his career, it has been revealed.
Salah moved to Liverpool from AS Roma in 2017 for a fee of €42m and hasn't looked back as the Reds have won the Premier League and the Champions League with the Egyptian.
BILD's football chief Christian Falk is reporting Salah was twice offered to Bayern before his switch to Anfield.
Bayern was approached about Salah when he was with Roma in 2017 and also two years earlier in 2015.
However, both times Bayern rejected the prospect of signing the now Liverpool star.
