Former Roma director Walter Sabatini insists Tammy Abraham needs time to settle in Italy.
Abraham is currently struggling, along with Roma, as they hit a form slump.
“I did try to bring Abraham to Sampdoria when he was still in the Chelsea youth academy, because you could tell he was a superior player. However, Samp were not a draw for him or Chelsea," said Sabatini.
“He hasn't scored many goals so far, but he has enormous potential and just needs time."
