Inter Milan goalscorer Lautaro Martinez admits apologising to fans after victory over Napoli.
The Argentina striker waved an apology to fans after scoring in Sunday's 3-2 win.
"It was a very important match for us, a head-to-head with the leaders and we deserved more from previous games, so we had to prove again that we are on the right track," said Lautaro.
“Sometimes the results don't go our way, but the team played with intensity and character today, bringing home three important points.
“I apologised because mistakes can happen. I was without a goal in almost a month. As I said, I always try to work for Inter, it doesn't matter if I don't score, it matters if Inter don't win. This is my family and it's a wonderful emotion to see us win."
He added: “We are the reigning champions, but we must keep growing, prove we can get stronger and go forward in every game."
