Besiktas have opened negotiations with Everton to bring striker Cenk Tosun back to the club in the January transfer window.
Fotomac says the forward is 'at the top of the list' of players the Turkish side want to sign to bolster their forward line.
The 30-year-old is recovering from a knee operation, having ruptured his patella tendon when on loan with Besiktas, and has not featured for the Blues this season.
For his part, Tosun would welcome a return to Turkey in the New Year.
