PSG chief Leonardo is angered seeing Argentine pair Lionel Messi and Leandro Paredes leave Paris this week.

Both, currently injured, have traveled to Argentina to join the national team squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers.

Leonardo insists he's not upset with the players, instead the anger is towards FIFA which allows such a situation to happen.

"We do not agree to let a player go to the national team who, for us, is not in physical condition or in the rehabilitation phase," he said. "This is not logical for us, and this type of situation warrants that we define a real agreement with the FIFA."

Neither PSG player is expected to be fit for the qualifier against Uruguay on November 13.
