Former Real Madrid assistant coach Davide Bettoni has hailed the improvements of Vinicius Junior.
Vinicius has dovetailed supremely well with Karim Benzema this term, scoring goals himself and making chances, as he has benefited hugely from the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti and is showing to be worth every bit of the 40 million euros that Real Madrid were forced to pay for the Flamengo prodigy.
"He is young, he needed time, to play... it is his fourth season and he is a player that has worked hard and is enjoying himself," Bettoni explained to MARCA.
"He has improved a lot.
"In a confident team that wins it is easy, now you see a whole season but the performance of Vini and the team is 10/10 for now. I think this year he has the mental and emotional balance that allows him to score more goals."
