Arsenal have made an offer for FCSB whizkid Ianis Stoica, the club's president has confirmed.
The 18-year-old winger, who can also play in central midfield, has registered six goals and two assists from 15 appearances in all competitions so far this season.
FSCB owner Gigi Becali has now confirmed that the Gunners have made a bid for the Romanian U21 international.
"I currently have [an offer of] €7.5m (£6.3m) for Ianis Stoica,' Becali told as.ro (via Metro), before confirming that it was Arsenal that had made the bid.
"And I want €10m plus 20% [future transfer clause]."
